When you sign up, you’ll let us know what day your garbage is picked up. We’ll then add you to our route and send you a text/email notification.
Just give us 24 hours notice and we’ll get you rescheduled for the next available day.
Yes, your cans will need to be emptied. This allows us to get them properly cleaned and sanitized.
Yes, so long as weather permits. If your area does become unserviceable because of unforeseen weather conditions, you’ll be notified.
You can, but we wouldn’t recommend it. Over time your bins develop bacteria that become a breeding ground for maggots, rodents and other creepy crawlers. Because we use 200° water and an eco-friendly cleaning solution, you’ll know without a doubt your bins are actually clean.
We don’t have long term contracts for our residential customers; however, our monthly and quarterly services do require a 3-month commitment. This helps keep prices low for everyone.
